The Bannock lady has expanded it’s menu and now offers Take-out , Catering Services and meal plans. Curbside pickup & Delivery

Take out service

Take out service is offered daily at our Intercity Shopping Centre location. Seating is available inside or outside on our patio (weather permitting).

Catering Services

Catering Services are available for any occasion. We have a large assortment of breakfast, health breaks, and lunch choices. As well as, meat & cheese trays. Special occasion Baking trays. (Christmas, Easter etc)

Meal Service

Meals can be picked up or delivered.

Meals Made For You is ideal for singles, seniors, and busy professionals who want to eat healthy. Enjoy fresh, customized meals whether you’re on the go, or just want to relax without the fuss of cooking. Simply order one week’s worth of meals by 6pm Friday and we do the rest. Your meals with be delivered on Monday between noon & 6pm.

I am the owner of the Bannock Lady

I am member of the Pays Plat First Nation and reside in the city of Thunder Bay.

Over the years I have developed quite the following. It is this following that has dubbed myself “The Bannock Lady”.

I use a tried, trusted and true bannock recipe passed down through generations. The Bannock Lady menu consists of Bannock, Bannock Burgers & Indian Taco. The Bannock Lady is located at Intercity Shopping Centre, Thunder Bay, ON
